The journey, step by step

Six stages. One clear process.

From sharing your requirements through design approval and delivery, each stage builds on the last so your team knows what to expect.

Step 01 · Discover

Project Consultation

Submit your staircase requirements, floor opening size and floor height. Our team communicates with you to confirm your preferred staircase style, materials and project budget.

Step 02 · Plan

Design Proposal & Quotation

We create a preliminary staircase design solution according to your site conditions and personalized needs, then provide a detailed official quotation.

Step 03 · Confirm

Customer-Provided Measurements & Drawing Confirmation

Please provide the floor opening dimensions, floor-to-floor height, and site photos. We use these details to prepare 3D renderings and construction drawings for your review and approval.

Step 04 · Begin production

Contract Signing & Production Arrangement

After drawing approval, we sign the formal cooperation contract. Once the deposit is received, our factory starts raw material cutting and formal production.

Step 05 · Inspect & finish

Factory Pre-assembly & Surface Treatment

We carry out a full pre-assembly inspection at our factory to check that all components fit correctly. Strict surface finishing processes, including painting and hot-dip galvanizing, are carried out for durability.

Step 06 · Complete

Delivery & Installation Guidance

We deliver the finished staircase and provide installation drawings and remote guidance. Your local contractor handles on-site installation, adjustments, and the final inspection.
